That's a pretty terrible build. Have you already got this built? Z87 chipset doesn't support 4790k unless the BIOS has been updated. If it hasn't, the CPU and motherboard just won't work together. If it's been updated, then yes, you can overclock the 4790k on that motherboard. Yes, you can OC the GPUs. If you don't even know what raid 0 is, you should not have bought 2 SSDs with the intention of running them in raid 0. You'd have been better with a single larger SSD. Also, should have got better SSD(s).

I haven't got this yet but can u suggest a better build with the gtx 970 sli because tons of people say that 2 gtx 970 sli will blow the 980 out of the water

SLI 970's do out-perform a single 980. However, you can only 3-way SLI 970's, as opposed to 4-way with 980's. Also, 2 x 980's in SLI out-perform 2-way SLI 970's. You are better getting a single card, as opposed to SLI/Xfire since there are issues that arise when you add more than one card to a system. What is your full budget and what do you need? What will you use the PC for? Will you overclock?

$1500 before rebates and promos.

No SLI support and not a lot of room, obviously. X41 is probably the best cooler that will fit in there. There is space in the rear of the Node 304 for a 140mm cooler, which is where you will put the X41 rad.
