So every time i do a recovery for one of my xbox 360 friends their accounts ban in that game
GTA V - modded friends account to 601 then unlock all and 2bil / banned
GTA V - modded friends account to 101 then unlock all and 200mil / banned
BO2 - max prestige , unlock all , legit stats , legit time played / banned
these accounts lasted 2 or 1 1/2 days
The only succesful mods ive had that have not banned are xbox one accounts
EXAMPLES
Mod GTA V 360 > transfer to one - rank 993,800,666,777,995. etc then unlock all and 4bill and modded cars
ive modded 27 accounts for 360 then transfered over to next gen and none have been banned they are all about a month old now
i really dont want to continue doing recovs if bans keep happening
( the recovs i do are for my personal friends. ive never posted for recovs on ttg)

Tough to say, really. There is always a chance of a ban or suspension when tampering with an account. Might be unreasonable amounts of money and RP.
