I have the season pass and it's telling me I have to buy it still, I've tried hard resetting my xbox and uninstalling the season pass and reinstalling it. thanks for the help

If I'm sure, it's the same as Xbox 360, Load AW then go to the store on there and go to the DLC.

Not to sure then, You could try restarting your Xbox one to see if that does anything.

go to store while on cod zombies screen. then click on the havoc dlc below with the price it will say you already own this dlc do you want to download it then press accept and wait for the download

Im having the same problem and it did not work it still says have to pay even tho I got the season pass

I CONTACTED XBOX SUPPORT AND CHATTED WITH THEM... NO **** HELP
THEY SAID CALL ACTIVISION IN THE GOD DAMN MORNING

it says buy it when i have the season pass
where it should say download or install, it say 14.99
