I have tried installing neighborhood on windows 8 but every time it fails and keeps
getting stuck on the same part. Please Help

try redownloading it from a different source might just be that download

Try running it as admin. Never had this issue so not to sure. Worth a try right?

Yeah right click and hit run as administration might work like that
