the week gap seems way too long it will just be dead most of the week, should I shorten it? maybe a different squad monday to Thursday and then Thursday to Sunday? something along those lines.

I reckon twice a week would be a suitable gap - maybe extend if it really picks up after a few weeks

Finally got them all to be 9 chemistry and I think I did okay to say there is:

I've decided I'll see how this week goes, if it's a bit too dead then I'll do 2 a week instead starting next week
