So theres alot of debating wether console gaming is better than pc gaming and and well as a true console gamer is hard to admit but pc gaming has gone above and beyond a consoles limitations, so i have decided i am going to get myself a pc but heres my problem everywhere i look i see build is better than buy. This will be my first gaming pc so im not looking for anything nuts,

I am setting a budget for around 400, although can be push slighty if someone has a valid point for spending an extra couple of quid, if someone could show me a build and a buy for around that price and what they think is better out of the two that would be great!! Also i am only look for tower itself i already have everything else. Cheers in advance:)

If your willing to add some to your budget i'd suggest this and if your okay with getting a 7950 from ebay.

You may get more cores with AMD but intel offers better per core performance which will benefit you more ingames.

Would you say going for something like this is worth it instead of building?

No, not even worth it at all.

Don't even have to look at that pre-built to tell you no. Build your own.

For £400, I'd get this;

Add another 4GB RAM when you can. For an extra £50, you could swap the i3 for an i5.
