The website is new and their have been no negative reviews for it. Also there are no malicious exploits on the website.

Websites that take your info from PayPal and such aren't going to be flagged as malicious, legit websites can do it, so I'm thinking that websites like these use it as a loophole. You could try it though if you want, can't say we didn't warn you :/

That is incorrect, although HTTPS is alot more secure than HTTP, HTTPS can still be attacked and exploited.

This is also incorrect. Many websites that use Paypal as a payment method are still flagged as malicious. I'm not saying i'm going to buy from it, i'm just saying this website has no malicious exploits.
