Personally I'd have Messi in CAM before I'd have Suarez, given his passing and his agility/balance he'd suit the centre of the park more so than Suarez, but if you need on for chemistry Id just not have suarez at all, would play a false 9 with Messi as CF and Iniesta in CAM, would work better imo

I personally preferred Suarez as a cam when I used him just because of his pace, he seemed to play 10 times better their for me.

TOTY Messi at CAM would be fine; in ST he will be out of position because of his M/L work rates.
At CAM he would be amazing for counter attacks or even to just run on his own.

I'm not quite sure how your team is but definitely don't play TOTY Messi in CAM hes the best striker in the game so put him in his right position.
