This company looks like it does not want to help any of its clients or keep them up to date with their orders at all. When you call them your eardrums are blasted with he most obnoxious hold music while you wait on hold for 20min to then get hung up on by the automated machine. Theh recieved a controller i sent in for repairs fridays morning and i am yet to even recieve a email saying they got it like I am suposed to.

Unless you are a pro, promoting the controller its going to take you a while to get service from them.

Last year when I bought my Xbox One Scuf it too over 2 months for me to get my controller, and I paid extra to get it shipped quick. Didn't get my money back.

I'll never buy from them again.

Uhh what are you talking about? I've bought from Astro, their service is great from what I needed.
Also Asus (Monitor) and HTC (Phone) have pretty good support teams.

Try $88 But its whatever. And i just sent it in to get the left thumb stick repaired wich should take 10min tops.

the same thing happened to me bro my thumb sticks are messed up and i emailed them two weeks ago and no reply so i decided to email them again last week and i have still yet to see a reply i did not know they had an email or i would have called them to see whats up with my controller and if its ever going to get fixed

I finally got a email and they said 3-5 days, hope everything works out for you.

We'll I mean it can't be any worse than beats by dre and their support team. Complete nightmare.
