It's definitely not the best. How much is it? If it's prebuilt then you can almost certainly do better building one depending on what your budget is.

I'd go for more ram, and a better functioning processor, more cores to handle more tasks

Not great. What case? What is your budget and currency?

The GTX 570 is an old card, and it will perform about as well as a GTX 750, which is an entry level card. The CPU is perfectly fine, any 4th gen i5 will be fine. Even older generation i5's would be fine, but there is no point buying old hardware. PSU isn't great.

about 400 for now its only a mini itx Cooler Master Elite 130 case as i can't fit a big pc in my room, thats why i got rid of my last one. Would that as a whole run Arma 3/Dayz on 1080p with decent settings and frames or is it a definite upgrade needed

Again, what is your currency? DayZ and Arma don't run well, even on high end systems, but you'll be able to run them. I don't understand if this is your current PC or one you're looking to buy?

Is this a pre-built or components you're considering getting? I amen't sure what kind of FPS you'd get on DayZ as I have no interest in that game personally. I wouldn't get it since it has a dated GPU and a poor CPU with a higher end motherboard for some reason. I also wouldn't put an SSD in a build with that budget. You could build a similar PC for around the same price, but I'd probably sacrifice the SSD for a better, more recent GPU. Then add a larger SSD when you have more money. You could even sacrifice SSD and grab an i3, instead of i5 to allow for a better GPU or something.

There's a few ways to go about it but I wouldn't go with the build in your OP. It'll do, but it's not a great build.
