What are your current specs? You probably don't need a motherboard upgrade in the first place. What is your budget for the upgrade and what are you trying to improve?

It supports socket 1366, 1155, 1150, FM2 and AM3+ and a few more
so if you have any of those you should be fine

The VII HERO is a Z97 chipset board and the 212 EVO is compatible with LGA1150, so yes, the cooler will work fine. However, you should tell us the rest of your specs, as r00t mentioned.

The first thing is i want to upgrade my CPU speed as well as CPU in general. The thing is its a APU. And its called AMD A-10 6700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics. Thats why i half to get a new motherboard cause i do not want a APU. I also have a GeForce GTX 760 and that's a good graphics card, so there is no reason why i should lag on games like Mount and Blade Warband, Arma 3 Multiplayer, DayZ, and other games like world of Warcraft.

What is your case and PSU? Both make and model. Will you be overclocking CPU?
