I just checked my retail disc and its the same version.
And the "Game partition CRC does not match the verified ini! There are 4 possibilities: " means its a modded Disc so it's normal.

i asked the seller and the reason its freezes instantly is because of a bad burn so hes sending another and hopefully that works i will make a new topic or continue this 1 if any more issues thanks for your guys help
