From what I remember when I hosted an rsps for me and my friends the port was 43594 on TCP AND UDP. Once you've added these ports they should be open and you can check them on "canyouseeme dot org"
If you have any other troubles letting people connect to you after you've portforwarded send me a message and I will try my best to assist in any way possible.

You need to port "43594" as TCP & UDP in order to make your RSPS online for anyone to connect. It depends on what modem you have. you can start off by running "CMD" on your desktop and search "ipconfig" then you will notice bunch of numbers which are your connections. Now find where it says "IPv4 Adress" and you should have a ip there. the IPV4 Adress can be something like 198.168.1.1.. Just copy whatever you have on your URL and you will connect to your modem then add the ports.
