So my two friends and i started a new world and i wanted to know if there is anyway for me to get the map and host it from my account?

No, Minecraft saves are locked the the ID of the PSN user, you used to be able to do this on PS3 by resigning the save to your PSN ID, but as far as im aware there isn't a save resigner for PS4 yet.
