Every time I join a gta online session within three seconds it says lost connection due to an unknown networking error?

It happens all the time.

It can be your internet connection or the GTA servers.

I recommend that you Quit the game, and maybe even do a full Xbox or PS4 reset ( involves holding down the on button on the actual consol for more than 10 seconds ) and then try joining back in. Best of luck to you!
