I have been banned until 9999 etc but I don't really understand why tho. Is it because if been hosting BO2 lobby's but anyway let me get to the point. I'm just wondering now I'm suspended will all credit details come off and not pay for membership?

you can cancel the link between your card and the account by online banking or contacting the bank to end the subscription to xbox live

Log in from your computer to make sure they come off. I heard troll munchies payed for his membership after his account got banned.

These guys are stupid and clearly don't understand what you're trying to say.
Contact Xbox support via Xbox.com and tell them your account is banned and you wish to cancel any active subscriptions and remove your payment option.
I once had an account that got banned for 9999 a year later i found out it was still taking money out for a monthly membership.
MS are sneaky shits.

You will need to contact Xbox Support to have them cancel and remove your card details. They will do it and you won't be charged anymore.
You're account also was more than likely banned for modding. Any modded lobby/glitch can result in a ban.
