Need a stream overlay

So i need a stream overlay for obs. It has to be 1600x900 and must include the following:
Twitter: abcVenom
Steam: abcVenom
IGN: VenomHunter22
I play mainly minecraft on my streams. Please at the top put VenomTheHost because thats my twitch name. But you can make it any style you want i just want it to be a light overlay as in it doesnt take up the whole screen also make it with colors such as green and grey or blue and gray. And for the font make it something easily readable but still nice and not bulky.
