I have an issue on the Xbox One where whenever I attempt to go into the store on FUT it comes up with an error saying we are unable to retrieve your online information and then when I go into games at the end of the game it will come up with an error message saying unable to retrieve your online information or something along the lines of this. Very frustrating and have not currently seen any help for me with this issue. If anyone can direct me in the right direction to resolve this it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

The EA servers have been worse then usuall lately.
You could maybe contact EA but I doubt it would change anything.
