In a party with my friends and it everyone's speaking cuts out and no one can talk or hear?
Not my connection because have spoke to couple of my friends and they are having the same problem

Well it's EXTREMELY buggy right now because they're still correcting features because of the attack on PSN and Xbox.
There is no real fix to it right now, it's just from Microsofts end.
Maybe if you power off and restart your console it could possibly fix it for a little bit.
