I am trying to get my Xbox connected to Neighborhood and then I got a system error (e71). When I put a clean .ini on a USB the console booted and I deleted the XBDM.xex. Someone told me that XBDM doesn't work as a plug in itself so i added in RPC.xex and JRPC.xex but i still get the error. Help?

My Plugins
1 none
2 xbdm.xex
3 RPC.xex
4 JRPC.xex
5 none

Xbdm.xex is your problem remove all of them and try to at least get that one working first.
Download A clean xbdm.xex

If you are using XBLStealth, put it first and then xbdm, XRPC, and JRPC. If you are not using a stealth service, remove XBLStealth and move xbdm, XRPC and JRPC up one.

i think it all depends on computer speed, and how good connected your xbox is.

I think there must be a problem then because my neighborhood never fully finishes loading. my PC is literally 1 day old and my internet is pretty strong.

1 (You're server e.g.) XBLStealth.xex
2 xbdm.xex
3 XRPC.xex
4 RPC.xex
5 JRPC.xex

Some tools require different pluging though

All these methods work, but your best bet is bridging the connection.
