So recently i discovered Microsoft own 25% of apple and apple own 25% of microsoft they've never been rivals. gets weirder Samsung are 50% owned by Sony and LG is 50% Owned by Samsung. HTC is 50% Owned by Apple, Nokia Microsoft.

You see what i'm getting at here its a giant corporate scam pretending to be in competition when really there are three major corporations working together to dominate.

This is the same thing the auto industry does. Most "American" cars are just re-branded. For example, the Scion. Their is no such thing. It's actually a Toyota with a different name.

I don't know what you mean by "pulling the wool from people's eyes".

They are competing companies.
Just because they own a small chunk of Apple, doesn't mean they don't compete for users, because they do.

Major companies have a shit ton of shares in all kinds of various other companies.
Microsoft understands that there is money to be made in other markets, so they're not passing up on the opportunity to get a piece of the pie.

Microsoft owns a portion of the follow;
Comcast
Apple
AT&T
USA Network
Facebook
and tons of other companies.

Also, Microsoft doesn't own 25% of Apple.

Hell, it's common knowledge that every company does this.

EDIT: Microsoft had sold all of it's 5% stake in Apple by 2003. So they literally don't own any of Apple now.

Apple also doesn't own any of Microsoft. So I don't know where you got that from.

A lot of car manufacturers are like that. The Toyota GT-86 is the base model of the Scion FRS and Subaru BRZ. The only differences are the engines are making slightly different numbers and some different aesthetics on the body and in the interior. Same with Honda and Acura.
