I finally found a way to fix the WiFi greyed out after changing your WiFi address..but you need to know your original WiFi address to fix it.
1. Restore and update to ios 8.1.2
2.have ifunbox installed on computer
3.download m.terminal deb file(look it up)
4.jailbreak with TaiG
5.on ifunbox go to cydia install and drag the terminal file in.
6. Reboot your I device.
7.mobile terminal should be installed.
8. Through terminal. Change WiFi address back to original.
9. Reboot device and you should be able to connect to WiFi
10.Never mess with WiFi address again.
Well there you guys go..hope it helps you guys like it did me.
