Soo I have an "Alcatel One Touch Evolve" and its a prepaid phone and its deactivated right now and im not trying to pay my month with this problem, but anyway when im trying to get wifi to turn on and freezes on the "turning on" itll stay like that for a while, and when it finnaly turns on after a bunch of restarting, taking out the battery etc etc, the wifi will only stay on for like 5-10 mins or even less like a minute or two, but its not just one wifi its wifi ANYWERE.. And Ive factoryt resetted my phone about 4 times and I taking out the battery and sim card etc I did tried soo many things, does anyone know any fixes that could help?

There might be a setting you have enabled that causes the wifi to auto connect to open networks and it could be in networking limbo so to speak. Not an issue I'm totally familiar with, has the device ever been physically damaged i.e. dropped?
