Ok so i saw a video earlier of a guy who had a challenge that was worth a lot of money and was easy to do so i tried to go and do it but no challenges loaded up it was just a constant loading symbol where as his loaded immediatly?
is this a next gen only feature or what?!

Hello CMPRH,
It's possible on Xbox 360 but it takes forever to load due to many people trying to do the challenges is what some say. With it not loading the only was is for someone to invite you if it's possible to get in. Some also say that Rockstar made it like that due to the fact many are using it for money glitches. On Xbox One it's working though, I can't confirm that it works on PS4 though. If you happen to get in invite me.
