What CPU would you prefer?
AMD FX 9590 (4.7 GHZ):

Will you be overclocking? If not, get an i5-4440 instead. If overclocking, 4690k. Intel>AMD.
Assuming your case will support a 240mm rad, get this;

Intel CPUs are much better than AMD when it come to gaming, remember just remember that just because an AMD processor has a higher clockspeed doesn't necessarily mean that it is better, there is a lot more to consider.

If you live in a flat on your own with 1 room and can't afford heating as it's winter, get the 9590
