im having trouble with this. every time i click "confirm purchase" it just brings me back to the screen that says "get started now" ? any idea why its doing this? i have a payment option on my account,and im a silver account

Not that I know of. For people who it doesnt work for, try changing your locale to a different country. Make sure it isn't a newly made account. The account had to of had Gold on it. Plus your payment method may need to be changed. I had to use my paypal account which is linked to my bank account, because for some reason it wouldnt let my debit card go through with the purchase.

I actually did get banned for around 2 weeks or so it might have been because I did it on 2 accounts not to sure but yeah I wouldn't go over board just heads up

I'm having the problem when I click confirm it takes me back to the explore xbox live page and doesn't do anything..
