Wait so what happend to it coming out Dec.23 now they pushed it back to early 2015 again ? wow . correct me if im wrong

Don't see why anybody is taking quoted crap he said if it's delayed it's delayed wait for it, deal with the DLC's now.

so original date is dec.23 but if it DOES get delayed it comes out early 2015?

The DLC is atleast 1.2GB it's gonna be a big update but yes if it doesn't show 23rd which is heist then it's coming Jan.3rd

it was never confirmed to be out on the 23rd of dec so no its not delayed again its bin delayed since ps4/xbox ones released

First of all, pushed it to 2015.. again? You say that as if they ever announced a release date. All they've said prior to today was that Heists would be the next update.
