i can do 530 at max with tax

CPU - i5-4440 - $170
Mobo - B85 chipset board - $60
RAM - 1x4GB - $30
Storage - any 1TB HDD - $50
Case - CM N200 - $35
PSU - any decent unit - $40
That leaves around $115 for a GPU, pretty sure you should be able to get an R7 265 or R9 270 for that. You could get the Pentium G3258 instead of i5 to give you a bigger GPU budget if you wish. Sorry for no link or image or anything. I don't have a computer or internet until this afternoon/evening so using my phone and 3G.
