Well I have a pretty shitty CPU (CELERON D 3.0 Ghz) with a so so GPU ( Nvidia GeForce Gtx 520)
The max I can hit with FPS is around 28 but that's in a 1v1, in a full 10 player TDM it's around 10-15 FPS
Im running everything on low on the lowest resolution. Is there anyway to hit at least 30 FPS constantly In regards with my trashy cpu?
