My friend and I have both had two of our accounts suspended for two weeks when we haven't even done a single thing wrong but stay up and play past our bedtimes. And if I remember correctly, that's not in the Xbox Live Terms and Services. I just wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue. And also I've tried contacting support and the enforcement team to see if Lizard Squad might be up to this but all they tell me is Lizard Squad didn't really DDos XBL and that it's all just rumors, that they were having "maintenance issues."

Check your email, take a picture of what they have said. Did you spawn trap? Mod? Cheat?

Xbox Live are having a hell of a lot of problems at the moment and soon are going to owhing a lot of money to customers for there actions. All you can do is contact the support team and notify them about your issue and hopefully they can help you out.

I got banned for spawn trapping before. And my other account I got banned for "cheating" when I never cheated cause I only played that account once on madden lmfao

No reason is really not the reason at all, You did something to result in the suspension. At least 99.9% of bans given are for a legit reason as they go through a special process, not just clicking the banhammer button. They had enough evidence of what you did.

Okay, so what I "attempted" to get in a lobby, I didn't get in and that still doesn't explain why my friend was suspended twice either.

You attempted to get in the lobby, so you attempted to acquire the modifications. And his suspension may have not been for the same reason as you, or maybe he did something similar you didn't know about.
