Building a pc and want to know if I need a CPU cooler.
Will be a gaming pc and wont be overclocking. thanks

Since you will not be overclocking, no. You will be fine with the stock cooler.

Depends what CPU you have. With an FX-9590, yes. In fact, you'll want a decent cooler for any of AMD's CPU's, they get pretty hot even when not overclocked. For Intel, stock cooler is perfectly fine until you begin to overclock.
