But you're just going to be using a PowerSave thus making the Pokmon not legit.

if you do this dont they ban you from using the GTS and even if they didnt you wouldnt be able to trade them on the GTS or anthing afterwards would you not?

No, my friend has a powersave and gets 90% of his pokemon off the GTS from trading "max IV and shiny" pokemon he made.
