What exactly does the installment plan mean. It has the 749 price but then says $31 a month for 24 months. Didn't know where to post this at. Once I get an answer i will delete the post.

The price of $749 is just the estimate you are going to pay when you purchase it at $31/month for two years.

So basically I am paying the full $749 and then that much to keep service on it. I guess they are trying to do something like straight talk?

By the looks of it they are trying to do a pay off plan. You can pay the $31 a month for the two years and then pay for service on the phone. That's the information I received when I looked at it.
