I have got around 300 what should I buy? I may be able to get to 350. I mainly looking for a GPU made by Nvidia

GTX970 is newer, based on the Maxwell 2.0 architecture which means better efficiency, heat output and performance per watt. It will be more expensive though, as its release was only a couple months back. If budget is really an issue then the GTX770 is a good option, but I would avoid it unless the price difference is pretty substantial.

Well to be honest, it depends what your current spec's are and what you want to achieve with a GPU upgrade. But as you probably know PC does offer a more flexible gaming experience with less restrictions.

Go with AMD, they're cheaper and better than NVIDIA.

Its proven.

I believe the AMD R9 270x is actually better than the overpriced gtx titan black.
