Is there anyway to make a 9 sec 97 civic type r on retail via hex editor? I know how to make a 270 r35 gtr on horizon via hxd so any help would be appreciated and im doing this drag purpose only

bro, forza 4 has tuning, tune it. HxD editing gears wont make any difference, everything tuning wise possible in HxD editor is possible in forza 4's built in tuner...
as for horizon etc, we use HxD to edit our tune because we have no tuning editor in game...
