I genuinely don't think you'd even be able to play BF3 on low at 1280x1024, so unfortunately not.

no you cant run bf4 and b3 on any settings you will need to upgrade to a way better pc then what you have its an integrated gpu so no and your cpu isnt powerful enough to run the game and your ram needs to be 8gigs(no more no less) cause im not to sure if bf needs more then 4gigs of ram but yeah you need to upgrade these parts to be able to game on it, is this a laptop by any chance?

your processor wont even be able to load games, I had a processor that was 2.5 ghz and it wouldn't run.

No unfortunately you wont be able to run it mate. You should try getting a dedicated gpu.

You are going to for sure need a stronger processor, more RAM wouldn't hurt either, and a better GPU would also do you well.

It's a laptop. Only minor upgrades are possible, if any. Best bet is to build a desktop for gaming.
