or know of anyone...

And, can the jtagged consoles host online, eg call of duty modern warfare 2 (MW2)

Yes, you can play online on JTAG/RGH consoles but buying one for that reason only is one of the stupidest things you can do. And yes, you can buy modded consoles from trusted sellers like TheWeekendModder, although you will need to have Gold Membership on this site to access the Gold members - Buy/Sell/Trade forums.
On a serious note - Please do not buy a modded console, you have no knowledge of them and you will be wasting your money.

I just got a console in the mail two days after it was shipped. Awesome seller and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend.
