I'm going to buy a GTX 970 but they we're out of stock, then they resupplied and went up $20 but I don't want to pay an extra $20 when they were orginially $349.99 for the EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0 4GB. Should I wait for the ACX 2.0 to come back down in price or just buy one without the ACX 2.0?

Im using one right now, If you can get a better deal on another do it. if you really in patient get it! its a great graphics card on ARMA 3 ultra settings I average 55 FPS.

I just don't know if I should get one with ACX 2.0 or not, I'm impatient and want EVGA to be back instock with the $349.99 ones again. What does your GPU sit at on load ? ( temps )

I just hit 65 but i average 60-62 running ARMA 3 on ultra. fans dont turn on until 60 I believe also, but will stay on after it goes below that mark just to cool it off a little bit more.

Sounds Amazing, looks like I'm going to hae to try and find a place that can ship it to Australia though :\

Any 970 will do, the cooler designs don't make masses of difference nowadays..

Get the cheapest.

Why does it have to be EVGA? Zotac, MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, Inno3D etc etc make great coolers.

Just get any 970 with a non-reference cooler. Whichever 970 you find that's cheapest and has a decent cooler, get it.
