Installing mw3 problem

I'm having a problem when I try to install mw3 either it only in stalls 10% or when it installs won't open multiplayer could use some help

Clean the Disc and delete the Mw3 folder off your RGH.
And try again.
Failing that install Mw3 on your retail to a Xbox formatted USB or Internal HDD.
Get the God files on your Pc by whatever means.
Use God 2 Iso then Iso Extract to get XEX type files.
And try again.
