R9 270x or Gtx 760

I'm looking to upgrade to a new card preferably under $200, but if the 760 is going to be much better than the 270x than the price will be okay. I play dragon age, elder scrolls online, and some mmo's. Do I need to spend the extra money on the 760 or would the 270x be good enough?

The GTX 760 slightly out-performs the R9 270X, but for a much larger price tag. The 280 out-performs the GTX 760 for around the same price, or less.
