So I Noticed There Wasn't Any Tutorials Or Any Kind Of Info On TTG About a Spoof for 4.66, So This Is a Official Way Of Spoofing to 4.66 If You Are On (CEX). Simply Follow These Steps And Your Good To Go

2. Delete The Old Spoofer After Disabling Old Spoofer
3. Download The New 4.66 Spoofer Pkg File
4. Install The 4.66 Spoofer Pkg File in retail mode
5. Run The Pkg File After Installing It
6. Follow The Easy Steps
7. Sign In To PSN And Enjoy!!!

You forgot to mention that you need to install this in retail mode on Rebugs and it's not Official.
