Finally got to work Basically once you install the tweak LocalApstore, Go to settings find LocalApstore Enable it and turn on Generate Custom Receipt. Load up CSR racing click on the gold plus sign choose cash or gold. (Your internet has to be connected at first)
Finally, click the amount you want wait 2 seconds for it to purchase and then immediately turn on airplane by scrolling up from the bottom! Hope this works for you if you were having trouble
