Is there a way where i can stream twitch and so that the people watching can here my friends who are in the party chat??

If you're streaming on Twitch through the Xbox One app there isn't a way to do it. You are the only person they can hear.

What if I am streaming through a Hauppauge or Elgato? Is there a way to set it up so that the people in party chat can be heard?
