Awhile back my friend modded around 50k GS and nothing ever happened, this had to be at least a year and a half ago.

I was wondering, does that mean Microsoft doesn't care anymore/is concerned about other things?

No, Microsoft does in fact monitor this. If you have done it recently you will most likely get banned. They started banning permanently and or for 2 weeks while giving the cheater status.

Or don't listen to me, you have a chance to get banned.

They have always done it and now that xbox one tracks how much you earn each month there probably going to be able to catch modders easier now

if u mod it with modio and make it show tht u earned it offline then ur risk will be lower thts prolly why he didn't get caught

I modded my gamerscore about 6 months ago, maybe sooner. I modded it to 106k, I got perma banned recently but it was for modded GTA V rank and money I did on my jtag ._.

Any form of modding can result in a perm ban and or a perm ban to your console. GS modding really isn't a big issue so they don't watch it as much as other things!

I suggest you don't attempt modding your gamers score, Just play & earn it LEGITIMATELY (that's what its for right ?). People have been doing it for a while now, but its not the smartest idea, and could result in your console getting banned.

Take it from someone who knows first hand... I've went through about 7 Xbox360's already. Not including the multiple hassles of trying to Un-ban jtag's when i first started modding and had completely no clue what i was doing (throws console out the window).
All said and done It's really not worth the risk, time, or money to be honest with you.

I know people who did over 60k on several accounts I don't think they really care dude..if you mod offline.
