So, just curious... Haven't had Gold in a very long time and then I go to, and I can't pay with Paypal? Is this something that's been added a very long time? Or am I just missing something? Because I remember quite well paying with Paypal when I used to have Gold a while back. Is there anyway I can pay with Paypal if not though? Cause that's currently all I have.

If you have a credit card attached to your paypal, take that and attach it to a google wallet.

Paypal was removed as a payment option and new ones were implemented due to too many chargebacks.

Unfortunately I don't use a Credit Card on my Paypal and only have Paypal balances... Anything else I could do?

Paypal has been taken off, I'd happily gift you though mate if you send me the cash(that is if you trust me, which I see no reason for you not to, but i understand trusting other people with money can be hard)
