If so, does anyone have a bypass? Also, i have a tool that will edit its stats. Now, is it safe to Edit its stats real quick hop off and move my profile to my retail? Playing as 10 prestige lvl 1 just like normally? Or will i get banned still?

Yes there are tools and bypasses out, the best place to find the tools are on 7s and as for a bypass most are private so you will have to go looking.
