So this is my first season on lol and i went to silver 5, so now what? Can we play ranked games and do our provisional or do we have to wait for that? And it says that we can play ranked games so does our rank even get reset or do we keep the same ranked where we left off forever? Thanks guys

Atm its pre season, season 5 starts in like 2 months, you will have to wait for that do to your S5 provisionals. You can still play ranked in pre-season but you won't get any rewards if you were to make it to gold, because the season has already ended. But if you climb in pre-season you'll get a higher MMR which means you will get placed higher next season. season 4 MMR + 1200 / 2 = season 5 MMR
