So im having the problem with my xbox its keeps on saying Teredo IP i cant get on xbl or anything please can anyone help me

I had that problem too today to fix i had to restore my xbox to factory settings bad thing is it deletes everything :/ thats the only way it worked for its the second time that happends to me
