Im a bit of a noob when it comes to PC's and just want to know what size power supply I will need and whether I need fixed cables or semi modular cables

If you have, the current PSU will do.

If you haven't built this yet, I will go into more detail but right now, there is no point.

REALLY please help then what would you recommend I have a budget of 900 GBP including monitor (i havent bought the parts yet)

unless your running sli whatever your build is 500w should be enough

Paired a motherboard that doesn't support overclocking with a unlocked CPU..

A bit over budget but I'd go with something like that assuming your not going to overclock and the system is for gaming.

A decent 400W PSU would run it. You're going to get so much use out of that 4770k on a B85 board. I'm kidding, it's a waste.

I'd get this for £900;
