I know i didn't really do much to the image but after all it is my first time in photoshop so pretty pleased with it whats your thoughts? Also i'm having a few problems finding background and good renders does anyone know a good place?

It's good for your first time. Minor tips,
Text placement would look better higher up
I see you tried to create depth with blur or smudging it but it really does not need it. Just sticks out.
Try adding some lighting effects because it is way to dark. It's a signature that should be brighter imo.

Only tip for getting better is practice.

Did you get the stock background from a particular website? I've been looking for a place with good stocks.

no the background is made up of 5 different images i pulled off google i was trying to go for the creepy feel like shes just been injured but i couldn't find anything good to make blood from for her arm so
